Edgar emphasizes the importance of"self-advocating" at the dealership to ensure that customers are fully aware of the additional costs and potential issues that come with owning an EV.EV adoption is in the slow lane with sales growth falling in the US. Just last week, Ford said it's delaying the production of some of its North American Electric SUVs and trucks as it waits for the market to mature.

So when we look at it, there's a difference between expectations, roughly 18% in terms of what they think they're going to get versus what they actually get, ICE versus BEV. But when the difference comes in, we really look at the actual replacement time, and there's a 53% difference.I'm telling you a little bit about the study, though. We look at the satisfaction of original equipment tires, so the tires that come on the vehicle when you purchase it.
