Western Canada's Wolfe Automotive Group has purchased its first two U.S. dealerships, including its first non-General Motors store.

Wolfe Automotive bought Jim Taylor Motors, a Chevrolet-GMC dealership, and Jim Taylor Ford, both in Fort Benton, Mont., near Great Falls, Mont. The Ford dealership acquisition is the group's first non-GM franchise, which diversifies the business, Ashley Wolfe said, adding so does having U.S. locations.
