Former Nissan boss Carlos Ghosn said he was"getting ready to tell the truth about what's happening" at a news conference next week as he faces charges of financial misconduct.
Mr Ghosn, who was released on bail last month after nearly four months of detention in Japan, announced the 11 April event on a new verified Twitter account.
