There are good reasons why people don't like Roma people - even Romanians don't like them as they are too often employed as thieves.
i see the uk and italy aren't all that different - even in the comments here people are putting the blame everywhere except on the violent racists thugs who actually did it.
When things become desperate, people do desperate things - e.g. support the FarRight. Soon, things will be equally desperate in the UK; especially if the Remain majority in Parliament prevents a Brexit (e.g. via a Soft ' Brexit').
