Vladimir Putin has put captured US tanks and British armoured cars from the front lines in Ukraine on display in Moscow.

Vladimir Putin has boldly put on display US tanks and British armoured cars captured from Ukraine, sending a chilling message.

To further commemorate his invasion of Ukraine, Putin plans to parade these armoured cars, with several donning US and British flags. Last year, standing in front of the Kremlin on May 9, Putin delivered a passionate speech for ten full minutes, aggressively criticising "Western global elites" and claiming civilisation is at "a decisive turning point.", reports the Mirror.

This comes as Russia has lost as many tanks in the war in Ukraine as it had in its entire armed forces before Putin's invasion. After Moscow's initial attempt to quickly capture the capital, Kyiv, over 3,000 tanks have been damaged or destroyed in the two-year conflict.
