An underage suspect has been arrested in connection to two weekend robberies in which the victims’ vehicles were taken at gunpoint.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -

According to the Montgomery Police Department, the first incident happened around 9:15 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Eastern Boulevard. The victim told responding officers that an unknown suspect pulled a gun and demanded his vehicle. The suspect then fled in the victim’s vehicle. A short time later around 9:30 p.m., Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies said they responded to another robbery report in the area of Selma Highway near the Lowndes County line. The victim told deputies they were robbed of their 2016 Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck at gunpoint. The suspect then fled in that victim’s vehicle, leaving the first victim’s 2004 Buick LeSabre sedan behind, which Montgomery police said was in the area of Cantelou Road.Capt.
