Former Super Eagles Midfielder, Tijanni Babangida and members of his family were, yesterday, involved in a ghastly motor accident along the Kaduna-Zaria Road.

According to the secretary general of the Professional Footballers Association of Nigeria , Emmanuel Babayaro, Tijanni’s younger brother, Ibrahim, who played for the national U-17 team , died on the spot, while Tijani and his family were taken to a nearby hospital.
