THE most affordable place to buy a used car across England and Wales last month have been revealed - with the top spot offering motors over £2,000 less than the national average.This comes as Wales experienced the biggest year-on-year drop in car values - some 12% down at £16,469.But at the other end of the scale was London, where prices were £3,541 above the national average at £20,366.
