AN opera singer who cheated a wealthy widow out of £105,000 and spent it on classic cars is facing jail.
Andrew Amdur, 48, told Elizabeth Shaheen, 66, he would organise a party in memory of her late husband and donate to charity on her behalf.Mrs Shaheen sent £80,000 to what she believed was a fund for underprivileged children but Amdur had given his bank account details.
