KANGAR: Perlis Tourism, Culture, Arts, and Heritage Development Committee chairman Wan Badariah Wan Saad has regained consciousness and is in stable condition at Tuanku Fauziah Hospital , where she was admitted on May 14 for treatment of heart and lung complications.
