On May 15, a man was hit by two vehicles around 9:30 p.m. in the 1300 block of Culebra Road.

San Antonio Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in finding the driver responsible for the hit-and-run death of a 45-year-old man earlier this month. Police said the first vehicle, a white Mazda 3, was traveling westbound when it struck the man. The driver fled the scene without stopping to help.

Bexar County man told authorities he accidentally shot, killed wife Shortly after, an orange SUV traveling westbound also hit the wounded man. The driver also did not stop to render aid. Surveillance video shows the SUV driver stopping at a Valero/Circle K gas station near the 1400 block of Culebra Road to inspect the vehicle. The video then showed the driver heading back toward the crash scene. The man struck by the vehicle was later identified as Roman Gonzalez.
