Many videos circulated online show people smashing windows of strangers' cars to free a dog who is locked in a car and visibly struggling during very high temperatures

With the onset of warmer weather on the horizon in these summer months, being outdoors in high temperatures can often be unbearable for some of us, but just imagine being trapped inside a glass house with the sun beating down on you.
