Hertfordshire Police have charged a Watford man over interfering with parked cars in the early morning.
Yesterday, officers arrested Miqdad Hassanali, of Kensington Avenue, in connection with the investigation. Hassanali has now been released on conditional bail and will next appear at St Albans Magistrates' Court on Monday, July 1.was jailed at Hatfield Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, June 25, over stealing iPods and a smartwatch from cars in Longspring and St Albans Road on June 24
