MAVERICK COUNTY, Texas — Texas Department of Public Safety troopers are investigating a fatal crash that killed one person along Highway U.S. 277 in Maverick County Tuesday afternoon.
That’s when the front left tire of the truck blew out causing it to cross onto the wrong side of the roadway and collide with the van, according to Texas DPS. The driver and two passengers of the truck were all transported to the same hospital to be treated for injuries.
