14 people were arrested during a three-day garda operation, during which guns, drugs and vehicles were seized, it has emerged.
Gardai attached to the 'H' District Drugs Unit, assisted by members from the Ballymun Division, searched 14 houses under warrant in Ballymun, Dublin over the past three days. During the operation, which targeted street dealers, cannabis herb and cocaine worth €42,000 was seized, along with €14,000 in cash.14 males, ages ranging from 16 to 30, were detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
12 were charged and are before the courts.
