BRITS could soon project their favourite movies from the back of their boot turning their car into a home cinema.Ford has filed a patent for tailgate-mounted video projector that turns your car into a mobile cinema
The project would sit alongside the locking mechanism so its lens face out at 90 degrees towards a screen or wall. According to the patent, "In addition to being relied upon for transportation, automobiles are increasingly being used as entertainment accessories for tailgating , camping, and other outdoor activities.
Many automakers often submit several patents in a bid to hold onto any possible ideas for the future.
