The new Dodge Charger Daytona is the first car based on Stellantis's STLA Large platform. It offers a choice of straight-six or battery-electric power, replacing the long-running Hemi V8 engine. The range-topping Scat Pack features dual permanent-magnet synchronous motors with silicon-carbide inverters, producing a combined 630bhp and 627lb ft as standard.
The electric saloon's tri-motor set-up produces 1020bhp, giving it impressive performance figures.
