SAN ANTONIO — A major rollover accident down a local highway on the west side is causing massive traffic jams Wednesday morning, according to TX Dot.
Officials said State Highway 151 is closed eastbound and westbound traffic is down to one lane at W Military Drive. The westbound entrance ramp to Loop 410 is also closed.
