Elderly man dies after his electric scooter crashes into parked cars

74-year-old man has died after his electric scooter collided with two parked cars on New Year’s Day.

Sad as this is, are people not aware of the law?

For him to have a road licence (for the mobility scooter) it must travel 8mph & above. Some range upto 16mph. If he was going top speed, no wonder he died. RIP 🙏 🕊 ☮

You just can't trust parked cars...
