Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department chief Asst Comm Sarifudin Mohd Salleh said 53 motorcycles and 25 cars were seized during the operation held from April 1 to 3.
"The Road Transport Department issued 24 summonses to car owners for modifying the structures of the vehicle," he said following the inspections at KL JSPT headquarters on Tuesday .
