The pedestrian was struck on westbound Interstate 30 near East Grand Avenue about 10:30 p.m., the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department said. Witnesses said a white minivan may have struck the person, along with several other vehicles that didn’t stop, authorities said. The victim has not been identified.
