Police have cordoned off part of Mansfield Road in Nottingham. Officers were spotted on the busy road close to the Victoria Centre on the afternoon of Saturday, September 17.
Footage from the scene shows police tape stretching up the road, cordoning off the bus lane. A police car and van can be seen parked at either side of the cordon. The tape stretches from outside Monmo's Grill to Victoria Kebabs, images taken at 4.15pm show. There still appears to be access to the pavement and shops in between,
