OAKLAND — A city resident has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the Dec. 29 shooting death of a 37-year-old man who police say was attempting to flee after peering into the suspect’s car.
Burrell was shot at more than a dozen times, as he drove a Scion near the intersection of 43rd Street and Telegraph Avenue in North Oakland, police say. Afor him says he worked as a contractor and “is survived by many loving family members and friends and will be deeply missed.” A man who authorities have identified as Simmons is then seen on the footage exiting the Nissan and firing at Burrell as he drives away in the Scion, authorities say.
Weird how did he have a gun where Oakland california isnt a carry state, with all those gun control laws in california this has to be a fake story
I'm willing to forgive and forget. Give him credit for time served and call it a day.
