A car carrying a crane crashed into an overhead bridge after failing to stop at a zebra crossing, causing a cyclist and his phone to be sent flying. The driver was arrested for driving a heavy motor vehicle with exceeded overall height without an escort.

A cyclist and his handphone were sent flying after a car failed to stop at a zebra crossing. The incident happened along Eu Tong Sen Street towards Hill Street. The car, which was carrying a crane, crashed into the overhead bridge, causing damage.

The police were alerted to the accident and the driver was arrested for driving a heavy motor vehicle with exceeded overall height without an escort.
