Speed limiters could be on new cars in three yearsThe rules are expected to be given the go-ahead by the EU but cars driven in the UK are likely to be included after Brexit too. If they do that I will invest in the speed limit removal device technology! Health and safety regulations are one of the easiest ways to control populations, and turn them into slaves unnable to take any responsibility for themselves. I use to work in A&E and let me tell you: being killed because of speeding devastates your nearest and dearest because it is completely avoidable. Don't speed. I've booked in kids who have been wheeled in dead. Eventually no income from speeding fines plus electric vehicles not using highly taxed petrol will mean massive rises in motoring taxes.
