The Canadian Automobile Dealers Association is concerned Honda Canada’s recent move to reduce dealer profit margins on vehicle sales could soon spill over to Acura, the luxury end of the automaker’s business.
CADA, which represents more than 3,200 franchised dealers in Canada, said March 19 that it would deploy its “substantial legal, financial and intellectual resources” to support Honda dealers that face profit margin reductions of up to 44 per cent on vehicle sales.
