Three vehicles were involved, according to dispatch.

Emergency dispatchers say that crews were called to the scene of a three-vehicle crash in Lancaster County, Saturday morning.The crash was on Route 222 North, just north of Dry Tavern Road, in Brecknock Township.State police say a BMW sedan was traveling north, in the left lane, and possibly had a mechanical failure, that caused the vehicle to slow down in the left lane.

That collision, state police say caused the Porsche to lose control and the Porsche was then struck by a Nissan SUV, driven by 25-year-old Shane Wright of Ephrata.A passenger in the BMW, 38-year-old Jazmin Dietrich of York, who was wearing a seatbelt, was taken to Reading Hospital where she died, according to state police.Two other people were also taken to Reading Hospital with what state police called moderate injuries.
