Xhariep District police officers were conducting a routine roadblock in the Rouxville area, stopping and searching vehicles. During this operation, they received intelligence about a suspicious truck that had abruptly turned and stopped near a petrol station.The 42-year-old male driver claimed he was from Gauteng en route to the Eastern Cape for a delivery.
