Five people were killed Sunday night after a crash near Lancaster that sent both cars flying off the side of the road. It happened around 8:15 p.m. according to the California Highway Patrol, at the intersection of 106th Street East and Pearblossom Highway, State Route 138 in Littlerock. Images from the scene showed two cars involved in the crash. Both flew well off the side of the road.

On Monday, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner identified one of those killed as 23-year-old Corry Holley, Jr. Two others were identified only as a man in his 60s and aa man in his 20s. No information on the others was available.The CHP issued a SigAlert at 9:09 p.m., shutting down both sides of 106th Street East for the investigation.
